Your booking is considered a request until it’s manually confirmed by us via email.

After we receive your request, you’ll get a personal email from michael@theblckbutterfly.com

with:

  • A confirmation of availability

  • A custom service agreement (contract)

  • An invoice detailing payment terms


Once the contract is signed and the 50% deposit is paid, your service is officially confirmed

and production begins.

  1. Delivery of services

All services and digital deliverables will be sent via:

  • Email (from michael@theblckbutterfly.com)

  • Google Drive / Google Docs

  • WeTransfer (for large files like visuals, moodboards, or concept decks)


Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive all materials without

delay.

  1. Refund policy

Because our work is custom, time-based, and creative, all sales are final once:

  • Your deposit is received and/or

  • Any portion of the service has begun


This includes idea development, moodboard creation, or digital design prep. There are no

refunds once creative labor has started or access to materials has been given.

  1. Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking after payment but before production begins, you may email us to request a cancellation.


However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This secures your slot and compensates for preparation time, research, and scheduling.


If you fail to complete your contract or provide necessary info in a timely manner, the project may be paused or cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.


Subscriptions (if added in the future) can be cancelled by emailing us. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.
